Disinfection of Packaging Materials

Clean bottles, tubes, and containers
All bottles, tubes, jars, caps, and pumps are disinfected before filling. Air blowing, UV sterilization, and approved sanitizing methods are used to remove dust and microorganisms. Only qualified packaging materials enter the filling workshop.

GMP Cleanroom and Personnel Hygiene

Strict entry procedures for operators
Filling is performed in our GMP-compliant cleanroom. Before entering, operators disinfect their hands, change into clean work uniforms, wear work caps and masks, and follow standardized hygiene procedures to maintain a controlled environment.

Automated Filling and Sealing

Accurate dosing with minimal human contact
Our factory uses automated filling machines for liquids, creams, lotions, and gels. The equipment ensures precise filling volumes and stable performance. After filling, products are sealed or capped securely to prevent leakage.

Labeling, Packing, and Final Inspection

From labeling to shipment-ready cartons
Labels and batch codes are applied automatically for traceability. Products are then shrink-wrapped or packed into cartons according to customer requirements. Final inspections ensure correct quantities and intact packaging before shipment.
